Channel 1 has a 8 ball tournament Monday's and Tuesdays's at 8pm in Serra Mesa.
Pal Joey's on Warring Road exit off 8 freeway also has a tournament on Monday's.

I may have got my last comment wrong. The 8-ball at The Boulevard is Wednesday night, not Tuesday. And I think the venue's actually called BLVD -- that's what the sign says anyway.

There is a Sunday night 9 ball tournament at ozone billiard cafe off convoy. Really really nice place. 7 Chinese JUS gold crown copies. 9 footers. 2 9ft diamonds and a 6x12 snooker table. Really good players too. They do an ABC handicap
